You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated. This may include name, address, email address, mobile number, identification information, vehicle information, bank details, payment information and other information necessary to provide the Services.

You are responsible for keeping passwords, one-time codes, devices and account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Notify Slider promptly if you suspect loss, theft or unauthorized use. Delivery Partner accounts may not be shared,

rented, sold or transferred.

Slider may request evidence of identity, authority, vehicle ownership or authorization, bank details, licences, permits, insurance, tax information or other documents where reasonably required for safety, payment, compliance or fraud prevention.

7. Acceptable Use and Platform Integrity

You must use Slider lawfully and must not misuse the Platform, harm or harass any person, interfere with operations, introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate location or status data, submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person, abuse promotions, or use the Services to facilitate illegal activity.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, sublicense, resell or commercially exploit the Platform or its content except where expressly permitted by Slider or applicable law. Competitors and other third parties may not use the Platform for unauthorized benchmarking, scraping, solicitation, reverse engineering, data harvesting or competitive intelligence.

You must not sell personal information obtained through Slider, use order or user information for unrelated purposes, or interfere with another user's legal rights or reasonable use of the Platform.

8. Communications and Notices

Slider may communicate through the App, website, email, SMS, push notification, telephone, WhatsApp or another contact method you provide, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.

For active deliveries, the in-app communication tools are the preferred method of contact between Customers and Delivery Partners. If users choose to communicate or arrange services outside the Platform, Slider may be unable to verify, support or protect those interactions and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, is not responsible for services agreed outside the recorded Order.

Formal notices from Slider may be delivered by in-app notice, website posting or to the email or mobile number associated with your account.

9. Availability, Changes and Service Areas

Service availability depends on location, time, Delivery Partner availability, vehicle type, item characteristics, operational capacity, weather, traffic, legal restrictions and other factors. Slider may add, remove, modify, suspend or discontinue features, service areas, vehicle options, marketplace categories, integrations or service tiers.

Slider may refuse or cancel an Order for safety, legal, compliance, operational, fraud, payment, capacity or item-eligibility reasons. Any refund due will be handled in accordance with these Terms, the applicable cancellation policy and mandatory law.

10. Creating a Delivery Request

Customers may request transportation of lawful items by entering accurate pickup and drop-off locations, shipment details, recipient information, vehicle or package type, special handling requirements and other requested information. A Customer must review the displayed information and price before confirming.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the sender, recipient and any Business Customer authorizes the use and disclosure of their contact and location information for the delivery. A Delivery Partner may review relevant pickup, drop-off, item-size and handling information before accepting an Order.

11. Customer and Business-Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup, drop-off, contact, recipient, item, value and access information.
  • Ensure the shipment is lawful, safe, adequately packaged and suitable for the selected vehicle and service.
  • Be available, or ensure another authorized person is available, at pickup and delivery.
  • Obtain any required permissions from recipients or other individuals whose personal information is provided to Slider.
  • Pay all applicable charges and ensure the selected payment method is authorized.
  • Comply with building, venue, access, parking, security and delivery restrictions.
  • Not ask a Delivery Partner to perform any unrecorded, illegal, unsafe or off-platform service.

12. Packaging, Description and Declared Value

The Customer is responsible for accurately identifying and describing the shipment, including quantity, dimensions, weight, fragility, temperature sensitivity, special handling and declared value where requested. Slider and the Delivery Partner may rely on this information.

Items must be packed and secured so they can withstand ordinary collection, transport and delivery conditions. Fragile, liquid, breakable, high-value or sensitive items must be clearly disclosed and appropriately packaged. A Delivery Partner may refuse an item that appears unsafe, illegal, misdescribed, inadequately packed or unsuitable for the selected vehicle.

If a Customer understates, misstates or fails to disclose the nature, value, dimensions, weight or risks of an item, Slider may cancel the Order, adjust charges, restrict a claim or take other reasonable action, subject to applicable law.

13. Pickup, Delivery, Failed Delivery and Return

The Customer must ensure reasonable access at pickup and delivery. If the sender or recipient is unavailable, refuses the delivery, provides an incorrect address, cannot be contacted, or access is not reasonably available, Slider or the Delivery Partner may wait for a limited period, attempt contact, return the shipment, move it to an agreed location, or cancel the delivery in accordance with the waiting and return rules shown in the App. Waiting time is free for the first 30 minutes. Once waiting time reaches 30 minutes, AED 5 is charged, and a further AED 5 is charged for each additional 30 minutes of waiting.

Additional waiting, return, parking, toll, re-delivery or route charges may apply if shown in the Platform or reasonably incurred because of incorrect or incomplete Customer information. The Customer remains responsible for lawful disposal, return or collection of items that cannot be delivered.

A delivery may be completed using a signature, PIN, photo, barcode, QR code, recipient confirmation, location record or another proof-of-delivery method supported by the Platform.

14. Service Estimates, Routes and Timing

Assignment, pickup, arrival and delivery times shown in Slider are estimates, not guarantees, unless the Platform expressly states a guaranteed service. Estimates may change because of traffic, weather, building access, merchant readiness, recipient availability, road closures, incidents, routing, demand, technical conditions or other circumstances.

A Delivery Partner who accepts an Order is expected to proceed to the pickup and then to the destination without unreasonable deviation, subject to safety, traffic laws, navigation, rest, emergencies and legitimate operational reasons. Material delays should be communicated through the Platform where practicable.

15. Pricing

Prices are calculated dynamically and may depend on pickup and drop-off locations, distance, estimated time, vehicle or package type, service tier, number of stops, demand, supply, waiting time, tolls, parking, timing, special handling, marketplace items and other operational factors.

The price shown immediately before confirmation is the applicable quoted price for the information then provided, subject to changes requested by the Customer, incorrect shipment details, additional stops, waiting, tolls, failed delivery, return services or other chargeable events disclosed in the Platform.

If the Customer provides an incorrect or incomplete pickup or drop-off location, or a location changes after the Order is confirmed, any additional distance, time or re-delivery will be calculated in accordance with Slider's pricing methodology and charged after the delivery is completed. The Customer authorises Slider to charge this additional amount to the payment method or Wallet used for the Order. The additional charge will be shown as a separate item in the Order receipt and history, together with the reason for the charge. A Customer who believes an additional charge is incorrect may dispute it through the support channel within forty-eight (48) hours of the charge.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in the local currency for the relevant service location. In the UAE this is the UAE Dirham (AED).

16. Fees, Tolls, Waiting Time and Taxes

Registration may be offered without charge. Slider may charge service fees, platform fees, delivery charges, cancellation fees, waiting fees, return fees, protection fees, marketplace fees, taxes or other disclosed charges. Slider may introduce or change fees prospectively after appropriate notice where required.

Government charges, tolls, parking, taxes or third-party fees may be included in the displayed price or charged separately as disclosed. Business Customers may be subject to separate agreed pricing and invoicing.

17. Payments

Available payment methods may include payment cards, digital wallets, Slider Wallet, bank transfer, account billing, Cash on Delivery, Card on Delivery, or other methods shown in the Platform. By submitting a payment method, you confirm you are authorized to use it.

Slider may use third-party payment processors. Full card credentials may be processed directly by those providers rather than stored by Slider. Payment authorization, refunds, chargebacks and settlement may be subject to the payment provider's rules and applicable law.

Once a Customer confirms the price and Order, the Customer is responsible for applicable charges. Slider may collect payment for the delivery and remit the Delivery Partner's agreed share after deducting applicable fees, commission, adjustments, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, COD balances or other lawful amounts.

18. Wallets, Credits and Refund Balances

Slider may provide Wallet functionality. The nature of a balance depends on its source. Promotional credits may be usable only inside Slider, may be non-transferable and may expire where the promotion states an expiry. Refund balances, Customer funds and Delivery Partner earnings will be handled in accordance with the applicable product rules and law.

A user may not withdraw a promotional balance for cash unless Slider expressly allows it. Delivery Partner earnings are governed by Section 35. Slider may correct obvious Wallet errors, reverse fraudulent credits, apply chargebacks and make lawful account adjustments with an appropriate record.

19. Cash on Delivery and Card on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery ("COD") or Card on Delivery is available, the Customer must provide the correct amount to be collected, recipient instructions and any applicable limits. The Delivery Partner may collect the stated amount or facilitate card collection on behalf of the Customer or Slider, depending on the service structure.

Cash on Delivery is limited to a maximum of AED 350 per Order. Card on Delivery is limited to a maximum of AED 500 per Order. Orders above these limits must be prepaid through the App. Slider may apply lower limits for particular accounts, areas or services, as shown in the App.

The Customer bears the risk of inaccurate COD instructions, recipient refusal, insufficient funds or requests to collect amounts outside the recorded Order. Slider may set COD limits, require verification, suspend COD access, delay settlement while reconciling collections, or deduct documented COD shortages from amounts otherwise payable to a Delivery Partner, subject to applicable law and the Delivery Partner agreement.

20. Cancellations and Refunds

A Customer may cancel an Order through available Platform functions. The following standard cancellation refunds apply to the delivery fee only:

  • 100% Refund of the delivery fee - Cancelled before a Delivery Partner (rider) is assigned.
  • 90% Refund of the delivery fee - Delivery Partner (rider) assigned, cancelled within 3 minutes.
  • 75% Refund of the delivery fee - Pickup started, cancelled after 3 minutes.
  • 50% Refund of the delivery fee - Pickup complete.
  • 25% Refund of the delivery fee - Drop-off started.

The cancellation percentages above apply only to the delivery fee and do not determine or refund the value of goods, Cash on Delivery amounts, Card on Delivery amounts or other non-delivery amounts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any refund will be processed to the original payment method or Wallet where appropriate, subject to processing times, payment-provider rules and applicable law.

Slider may cancel an Order for safety, illegality, prohibited items, payment failure, fraud risk, inaccurate information, inability to locate a suitable Delivery Partner, service-area restrictions, technical issues or other legitimate operational reasons. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method or Wallet where appropriate, subject to processing times and applicable law.

21. Courier Run and Multi-Drop Deliveries

Courier Run may allow one pickup followed by multiple drop-offs. The minimum and maximum number of stops, vehicle eligibility, route sequencing and pricing are shown in the Platform. Slider may optimize the sequence of stops unless the Customer selects or pays for a specific order.

The Customer must provide complete recipient details for each stop. Waiting, failed stops, changed locations, added stops, return-to-sender requests and other modifications may change the price and completion time. Each recipient must be available to receive the relevant shipment.

22. Slider Black and Premium Services

Slider Black or another premium tier may include priority matching, selected or highly rated Delivery Partners, vehicle criteria, handling preferences, service-support features or other benefits described in the Platform. Features may vary by location and availability.

Words such as "premium", "priority", "fragile care", "top-rated" or similar descriptions identify a service feature or selection criterion and do not constitute an absolute guarantee that an item will never be delayed, lost or damaged. Any separate protection or compensation benefit will be governed by the specific plan terms shown at purchase.

23. Marketplace and Third-Party Merchants

Slider may display goods, merchants, promotions or third-party services through a marketplace or integration. Unless expressly identified as the seller, Slider acts as the technology and delivery platform rather than the merchant of record for those goods.

The Merchant is responsible for the lawful sale, quality, description, availability, pricing, warranties, food safety, product compliance and preparation of its goods. Slider may facilitate payment, order transmission, customer support and delivery. Merchant-specific terms, refund rules and warranties may also apply.

Third-party promotions, links and services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Slider is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside its control, subject to mandatory law.

24. Restricted and Prohibited Items

Slider prohibits any item that is prohibited, restricted without the required authorisation, or controlled under the laws and regulations of the country, Emirate or city where the Order is picked up, transported or delivered. Any item prohibited by the applicable law of the place of operation is automatically prohibited on Slider, whether or not it appears in the list below. The list below is illustrative only. Slider may also refuse any item that it reasonably considers unsafe.

  • illegal drugs, narcotics, controlled substances or unauthorized medicines;
  • weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, gunpowder or dangerous self-defence devices unless expressly permitted by law and Slider;
  • toxic, flammable, corrosive, radioactive, biohazardous or otherwise hazardous materials;
  • human organs, body parts or regulated biological materials;
  • stolen, counterfeit, infringing or illegally copied goods;
  • pornographic or unlawful exploitative material;
  • items whose possession, transport or trade is prohibited by customs, police, health, communications, environmental or other authorities;
  • unlawful surveillance, jamming, signal-interference or access-control devices;
  • alcohol or age-restricted products except where Slider expressly provides a legally compliant, licensed service;
  • live animals, temperature-controlled products, medical devices, regulated chemicals or other special- category goods unless expressly accepted by Slider;
  • cash, negotiable instruments, precious items or other high-risk items above the limits in Section 19.

25. Size, Weight and Value Limits

Unless a different limit is displayed for a particular service, items must fit safely within the selected vehicle and must not exceed 20 kilograms or a declared value of AED 5,000. Slider may apply lower or higher limits for particular categories, vehicles, cities, business agreements or protection plans.

Slider may reject deliveries to locations, institutions or circumstances that create legal, age-verification or safety concerns, including deliveries involving minors or restricted premises. Users must comply with any location-specific restrictions shown in the Platform.

26. Loss, Damage and Claims

A Customer who believes an item was lost, damaged, misdelivered or otherwise mishandled must notify Slider through the support channel as soon as reasonably possible and, unless a longer period is required by mandatory law, no later than forty-eight (48) hours from the Order completion date and time recorded in the Slider Platform or, where the Order was not completed, within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled delivery time shown or recorded for that Order. The Customer must provide the Order number, a valid purchase receipt or invoice or other proof of value, photographs where relevant, packaging evidence and any other reasonably requested information. Claims submitted after the applicable 48-hour period may be rejected to the extent permitted by law. This deadline does not remove any non-waivable right available under applicable law.

All details entered for the Order and all information submitted for a claim or dispute must be complete, accurate, valid and verifiable, including shipment description, quantity, declared value, sender and recipient details, pickup and drop-off locations, contact information, receipt or invoice details, packaging information and supporting evidence. If any required detail or evidence is false, incorrect, incomplete, invalid, inconsistent or cannot be verified, the claim or dispute will be rejected to the extent permitted by law. A claim may also be reduced or rejected, to the extent permitted by law, where the item was prohibited, inadequately packaged, inaccurately described, above a stated value or weight limit, inherently fragile or perishable without proper protection, already damaged, delivered according to authorized instructions, or where required evidence is not provided.

For an eligible claim relating to any item lost or damaged in that delivery, Slider's standard compensation is fifty percent (50%) of the item's value shown on a valid purchase receipt or invoice, capped at an absolute maximum of AED 500 for that delivery (Order). The Customer must provide a valid receipt or invoice and the evidence reasonably requested under this Section. The AED 500 cap applies to the total standard compensation payable for all lost or damaged items in that delivery, not per item. No higher amount is payable under Slider's standard compensation policy, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. Any separately purchased protection or insurance-backed benefit, if offered, is governed exclusively by its written terms.

Nothing in this section removes any right to compensation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

27. Ratings, Support and User Conduct

Slider may allow Customers and Delivery Partners to rate, review or report one another. Reviews must be honest and must not contain unlawful, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene or abusive content. Slider may remove content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, integrity or legal compliance.

Threats, harassment, abusive behavior, deliberate false complaints, violence, discrimination or serious misconduct toward Slider personnel, Delivery Partners, Customers, merchants or recipients may result in immediate restriction or termination, subject to applicable law and any refund rights.

28. Independent Contractor Status

A Delivery Partner uses Slider solely as an independent contractor and independent service provider operating on their own account. The Delivery Partner is not an employee, worker, agent, representative, partner or joint venturer of Slider, has no authority to bind Slider, and is not entitled to salary, overtime, annual leave, sick leave, gratuity, visa sponsorship, employee benefits or other employment entitlements from Slider except where applicable law expressly requires otherwise.

Subject to applicable law and Platform requirements, a Delivery Partner may choose when to make themselves available, may choose whether to accept available delivery opportunities, and may provide services through other platforms or to other customers. Nothing prevents Slider from applying safety rules, eligibility requirements, service-quality standards, fraud controls, customer-protection requirements or account consequences for non-compliance.

The Delivery Partner is solely responsible for their own business and professional activity, vehicle, fuel, telephone, mobile data, equipment, operating costs, taxes, licences, delivery permits, traffic permits, vehicle approvals, residency/work authorization, insurance and all other legal or regulatory obligations applicable to them or their vehicle, except where Slider expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Nothing in this clause overrides any mandatory legal classification imposed by applicable law.

Where a Delivery Partner is supplied or managed by a Fleet Vendor, the Fleet Vendor remains fully responsible for that Delivery Partner within the scope stated in these Terms, including the Delivery Partner's documents, legal eligibility, training, supervision, insurance, vehicle compliance, payments or employment/contractor obligations and acts or omissions. Nothing in the Platform relationship releases the Fleet Vendor from those responsibilities.

29. Delivery Partner Eligibility, Verification and Documents

A Delivery Partner must be at least 18 years old, legally entitled to perform delivery services, and satisfy all identification, background, licensing, vehicle, bank-account, tax, residency, work-authorisation and other verification requirements applicable to the service and location.

Slider may request or verify identity documents, driving licences, vehicle registration or authorization, delivery permits, traffic or transport permits, insurance, residency/work authorization, photographs, bank details, device information and other evidence. All such documents and approvals must remain valid, accurate and current at all times. Slider may suspend or block access whenever a document expires, is missing, is unverifiable or does not satisfy applicable requirements.

The Delivery Partner must notify Slider within twenty-four (24) hours if any driving licence, delivery permit, vehicle registration, insurance, visa, residency, work authorization, transport approval or other document required to perform deliveries expires, is suspended, revoked, cancelled, restricted, becomes invalid, or becomes subject to a traffic, regulatory or legal ban.

A Delivery Partner must not go online, accept an Order or perform any delivery while any document, licence, permit, insurance, registration or authorization required by law is invalid, expired, suspended, revoked or otherwise not in force.

Slider's review, verification, acceptance or prior approval of any document does not transfer responsibility for its validity to Slider and does not relieve the Delivery Partner of the continuing duty to remain legally authorized. Any fine, penalty, claim, loss or liability arising from the Delivery Partner operating without valid documents or approvals is the Delivery Partner's responsibility to the maximum extent permitted by law.

30. Vehicle, Licensing, Permits and Insurance

The Delivery Partner must obtain, hold and continuously maintain every licence, delivery permit, vehicle permit, authorization, registration, approval and other governmental or regulatory permission required by law to drive the vehicle and perform delivery or transport services in the relevant Emirate and service area. The vehicle must be legally permitted for the relevant commercial/delivery use and must be owned by, leased to, or lawfully available to the Delivery Partner.

The Delivery Partner is solely responsible for traffic violations, toll violations, parking violations, fines, penalties, vehicle maintenance, legal vehicle operation and compliance with road and transport rules. The Delivery Partner must maintain all motor, third-party, commercial, cargo, personal-accident, health, personal-injury and other insurance required by law or reasonably appropriate for the delivery activity. Unless Slider expressly agrees otherwise in writing, Slider does not provide the Delivery Partner with personal accident, health, vehicle, cargo or employment insurance.

The Delivery Partner acknowledges that road use and delivery work involve risks, including collision, bodily injury, illness, property damage and other hazards. The Delivery Partner accepts responsibility for managing those risks, following applicable safety rules and maintaining appropriate personal, medical and accident coverage for themselves, to the extent permitted by law.

Slider does not supply the Delivery Partner's vehicle, fuel, phone or ordinary equipment unless expressly stated otherwise.

31. Delivery Partner Conduct and Service Standards

  • Maintain appropriate personal hygiene, professional conduct and a clean, roadworthy and safe vehicle.
  • Treat Customers, recipients, merchants and Slider personnel respectfully and without harassment or discrimination.
  • The Delivery Partner is solely responsible for their own words, conduct, acts and omissions toward any Customer, Recipient, merchant, road user or other person. This includes physical assault or contact, verbal abuse, harassment, threats, intimidation, discrimination, defamation, offensive conduct and any other unlawful or harmful behavior.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slider is not responsible for such independent conduct merely because the Delivery Partner obtained the delivery opportunity through the Platform.
  • Follow traffic laws, safety rules, lawful platform instructions and applicable delivery regulations.
  • Protect Customer property and keep shipments reasonably secure while in custody.
  • Do not smoke around shipments or expose goods to avoidable contamination or damage.
  • Do not open packages except where legally permitted, reasonably necessary for safety/compliance, or expressly authorized.
  • Do not allow any unauthorised person to accompany the Delivery Partner during an Order, or combine shipments in a manner that compromises safety or service unless the Platform expressly permits batching.
  • Keep the Platform status and order progress accurate and current.

32. Acceptance and Performance of Delivery Requests

Before acceptance, the Delivery Partner may review information made available by Slider about pickup, drop-off, vehicle type, package category, expected compensation and relevant handling requirements. The Delivery Partner may decline an opportunity subject to applicable Platform rules and law.

Once an Order is accepted, the Delivery Partner must proceed diligently and directly to the pickup and destination, subject to traffic, safety, navigation, lawful breaks and emergencies. If congestion, an accident, breakdown, access issue or another material obstacle occurs, the Delivery Partner should update the status and inform the Customer or Slider through available channels.

A Delivery Partner must not falsely mark an Order as arrived, picked up, delivered or completed; manipulate GPS/location data; create fake activity; or interfere with dispatch, pricing, ratings or fraud controls.

33. Customer Property and Shipment Safety

The Delivery Partner must reasonably inspect whether the shipment appears compatible with the selected vehicle and disclosed information. The Delivery Partner may refuse an unsafe, illegal, oversized, overweight, inadequately packaged or materially misdescribed shipment.

The Delivery Partner must ensure that items are reasonably stable and secured before moving the vehicle. If loading, unloading, extra assistance or special equipment is required and was not included in the Order, the Delivery Partner may request that the Customer amend the Order or may decline the additional task.

While an item is in the Delivery Partner's physical custody, the Delivery Partner is responsible for

protecting the shipment and exercising reasonable care. The Delivery Partner is responsible for loss of or damage to Customer or Recipient property to the extent caused by the Delivery Partner's negligence, unsafe handling, unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, fraud, theft, willful misconduct or other wrongful act or omission, subject to applicable law and the claims process.

The Delivery Partner is solely responsible for their own acts and omissions while using the Platform or performing delivery services, including any death, bodily injury, physical injury, illness, damage to property, theft, loss of or damage to shipments, traffic offence, criminal offence, civil wrong, verbal abuse, harassment, threat or other harm caused by or arising from the Delivery Partner's conduct. The Delivery Partner will indemnify and hold Slider harmless from claims, fines, penalties, compensation, losses, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from such acts or omissions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

34. Equipment, Expenses and Taxes

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Delivery Partner is responsible for vehicle costs, fuel, maintenance, phone, mobile data, parking, insurance, permits, licences, taxes and other operating expenses. The Delivery Partner is responsible for determining and meeting their own tax and regulatory obligations.

Slider may provide optional equipment, branding, training material or technology access without changing the independent relationship unless applicable law provides otherwise.

35. Delivery Partner Fees, Commission, Wallet and Payouts

Registration may be free unless Slider states otherwise. The Delivery Partner earns the amount, percentage or fee shown or agreed for completed Orders, subject to applicable commission, adjustments, refunds, chargebacks, COD reconciliation, penalties permitted by law, taxes and other disclosed deductions.

Slider may change future commission or compensation mechanisms after notice as required. A Delivery Partner who does not accept a material prospective change may stop using the Platform, subject to settlement of outstanding amounts.

Subject to verification, reconciliation, fraud review, banking availability and applicable deductions, Slider will use reasonable efforts to settle undisputed Delivery Partner earnings within seven (7) days after the relevant completed Order, or according to a shorter or alternative payout schedule shown in the Delivery Partner app.

Where Slider pays, credits, refunds or becomes legally required to compensate a Customer, Recipient, merchant, insurer or other person for loss, damage, injury, misconduct, fines, penalties, chargebacks or other amounts caused by or attributable to a Delivery Partner, Slider may, to the extent permitted by law, set off or deduct the documented amount from that Delivery Partner's earnings, Wallet balance or other sums payable to them, after any notice or process required by law. If the available balance is insufficient, Slider may recover the remaining amount directly from the Delivery Partner. This right is in addition to, and does not limit, any other lawful recovery right.

36. Cash on Delivery and Collected Funds

Any cash or other amount collected from a recipient on behalf of a Customer or Slider must be safeguarded and accounted for. The Delivery Partner holds such funds only for the purpose of settlement and must not use them for personal purposes.

Slider may reconcile COD collections against Delivery Partner earnings or Wallet balances. Documented shortages, counterfeit notes accepted contrary to required procedures, unremitted funds or fraudulent collections may be deducted, recovered or referred for investigation, subject to applicable law.

37. Location, Safety and Platform Monitoring

When a Delivery Partner is online, available for delivery opportunities, assigned to an Order or actively completing a delivery, the Delivery Partner authorizes the collection and use of location and operational data as described in the Privacy Policy, including background location where enabled and permitted by device settings and law.

Slider may use automated and manual systems to support assignment, ETA calculation, route and status monitoring, fraud prevention, safety, service quality and operational risk detection. Examples include detecting missing location signals, prolonged inactivity, unusual route direction, stale status, repeated cancellations or other abnormal delivery patterns.

The Delivery Partner must not disable, spoof, falsify or manipulate required location or status information while actively using the Delivery Partner service.

38. Fraud, Account Sharing and Misuse

Delivery Partner accounts are personal and must not be shared or transferred. Slider may use identity checks, device checks, location consistency, transaction review and other reasonable controls to detect account sharing, fake Orders, collusion, COD fraud, incentive abuse or unauthorized activity.

Fraud, theft, misappropriation, intentional property damage, falsified documents, abusive conduct or deliberate manipulation of the Platform may result in immediate suspension, withholding of disputed amounts where lawful, termination, recovery action or referral to authorities.

39. Delivery Partner Suspension and Termination

Slider may temporarily restrict or permanently terminate a Delivery Partner account for expired documents, safety issues, serious complaints, fraud risk, misuse, unlawful conduct, repeated material service failures, threats, harassment, account sharing, failure to settle COD, breach of these Terms or regulatory requirements.

Where appropriate and legally required, Slider may provide notice, a reason, an opportunity to submit information or an internal review. Immediate restriction may be used where necessary to protect users, property, the Platform or legal compliance. Termination does not remove rights or obligations accrued before termination.

40. Intellectual Property and Licence

Slider and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, designs, databases, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, content and related materials, except third-party content identified as such.

Slider grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use the Platform only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms. You may not remove proprietary notices, reverse engineer the Platform except where the law expressly permits it, or represent that you provide Slider services without authorization.

41. Privacy and Data Protection

Slider processes personal information in accordance with the Slider Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information collected, purposes of processing, location practices, sharing, retention, security, user rights and account deletion.

Customers and Business Customers who provide recipient or third-party information confirm that they are authorized to provide it for the delivery and will give any notice or obtain any consent required by law.

42. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links, integrations, maps, payment services, communications services, merchant content or other functionality provided by third parties. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Slider does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability or independent acts except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded by law.

43. Disclaimers

The Platform and Services are provided on an "as available" basis. Slider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, continuous availability of Delivery Partners, exact ETAs, absence of technical faults, or that every delivery request will be accepted or completed.

Information, recommendations, route estimates, ratings and other Platform content are provided to support the Service and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial or safety advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slider disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms. This clause does not exclude any warranty, guarantee or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

44. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost opportunity, business interruption or loss of data, arising from use of the Platform or a delivery, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Except for liability that cannot legally be limited, compensation for an eligible lost-or-damaged-item claim is governed by Section 26 and is fifty percent (50%) of the lost or damaged item's value shown on a valid purchase receipt or invoice, capped at an absolute maximum of AED 500 for that delivery (Order), including where more than one item in the same delivery is lost or damaged. For any other claim arising from a particular Order, Slider's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid to Slider for that Order, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise or a separately purchased protection or insurance-backed product expressly provides a different amount under its written terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slider is not responsible or liable for a Delivery Partner's independent acts or omissions, including unlawful or unsafe driving, accidents, traffic offences, criminal conduct, theft, fraud, negligence, physical injury, death, illness, property damage, shipment loss or damage, verbal abuse, harassment, threats, misconduct or unauthorized conduct, merely because the Delivery Partner was introduced to an Order through the Platform. Responsibility for such conduct rests with the Delivery Partner who caused it. Nothing in this clause excludes liability arising from Slider's own fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other mandatory statutory responsibility.

45. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, Business Customers and Delivery Partners will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Slider, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents against third-party claims,

losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, compensation, damages, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from their breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, unsafe or prohibited goods, tax or licensing failures, invalid permits or documents, vehicle operation, accidents, bodily injury or death caused by them, property or shipment damage caused by them, fraud, theft, harassment, threats, misuse of the Platform or services performed outside the recorded Order.

For individual consumers, this indemnity applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable consumer law and does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

46. Force Majeure

Slider is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, flood, fire, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government action, road closure, telecommunications failure, payment-network outage, cloud or infrastructure outage, cyberattack, labour disruption, fuel shortage or widespread transport disruption, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

47. Suspension and Termination of User Accounts

A user may stop using Slider and may request account closure through available account-deletion or support channels. Merely deleting the App from a device does not itself erase the account or historical records.

Slider may restrict, suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful or abusive use, fraud risk, non-payment, safety concerns, prohibited items, repeated misuse, legal or regulatory requirements, or where continued service would create unacceptable risk. Where appropriate, Slider may preserve evidence and records after termination as permitted by law.

48. Changes to These Terms

Slider may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, services, pricing structures, technology, risk controls or business operations. The updated version will be posted on the Site or made available in the App. Material changes may also be communicated by email, in-app notice or another reasonable method.

Where applicable law requires advance notice, renewed acceptance or a specific effective date, Slider will comply with that requirement. Changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.

49. Assignment, Severability and Waiver

Slider may assign or transfer its rights or obligations as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, sale of business or other lawful transaction. Users may not assign their account or these Terms without Slider's written consent, except where law provides otherwise.

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure by Slider to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

50. Entire Agreement and Order of Precedence

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any applicable order-specific, business, protection, marketplace, pricing or promotion terms form the agreement governing use of Slider. A separately signed Business Customer or Delivery Partner agreement will prevail over these general Terms to the extent of an express conflict.

No person other than the parties and permitted successors has a right to enforce these Terms unless applicable law provides otherwise.

51. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the Site, App, Services, Orders or these Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including applicable consumer-protection, modern technology-based trade, electronic-transactions, privacy, transport, traffic and other mandatory legislation, as amended from time to time. No provision of these Terms overrides a mandatory legal right or obligation.

Subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution process or consumer right, the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
